All Sales Are Final

  • Auction Items: All items won through auctions are sold “as-is” with no refunds, exchanges, or returns. We make every effort to describe the condition of each item accurately in the product listing. We encourage bidders to review all item details, including descriptions and photos, before placing a bid.

  • Buy-It-Now Items: Items purchased through our Buy-It-Now option are also sold “as-is”. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Pre-Existing Damage: We ensure all items are described clearly, including any known defects or damage. If you receive an item that was not properly described or arrives in a significantly different condition than expected, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Damaged During Shipping: In the event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Be sure to document the damage with photos and keep all packaging materials.

Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories of items, including but not limited to mystery bins, clearance items, and final sale products, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Refunds for Mislisted Items: If an item is mislisted or not accurately described in terms of condition or function, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at our discretion. Please contact our customer support team to resolve any discrepancies.
